Breathwork for getting deep into the bone dust of your bogwitch / moss muse / tired ass / wierd ass / self

You don’t have to breathe for the betterment of society, or to be more productive, or so you can show up better for your family/partner/boss/dog/hamster/sister/evil stepmother/worm that pokes up from the garden after a rain.

Every breath is a reminder that you are doing things. You are moving things. You are making room for stillness.

You can breathe because you feel like quitting everything else and because you want to change the world, but you are only one person, and you are very tired.

You don’t have to breathe with the goal of becoming the best version of yourself. You can breathe to become a mutant for a little while.

Breathe so you can let that mutant be an unhinged, unmoored, untethered little beast for no reason other than it feels good to scream into the void and hear your own voice cackling back.

You don’t have to breathe so you can experience the multiverse or whatever the fuck.

You don’t have to breathe for more clarity or understanding or forgiveness.

You can breathe because you need to and want to and because breathwork gives you more space to devour the world and remember that there are reasons you want to eat it all up.

I am not a healer, or a guru, or a doctor, or a magician. I am a terrible singer. I dance alone in dark rooms a lot. I don’t know that breathwork is the answer to all your problems (probably not)

But I do believe that every breath is a chance to transform.

Have some questions about breathwork, and what it might look like to work together?
